The Return/Exchange Policy for E-commerce
  • At Sahar Atif, we want to facilitate our customers at our best.
  • You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges.
  • Items which have any stains, emit body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Final sale and sale items are excluded.
  • If you are not satisfied with the fit, color, or size of an item, do not hesitate to exchange it and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you are not completely happy with.
  • Exchange can be done in-store and online.
  • If you want to exchange online, the customer will bear the shipment charges of exchange item.
  • Return/Exchange item(s) may not be worn or washed.
  • Moreover, Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned to the Online Store.


All products purchased from can be exchanged within 24 to 48 Hours or 1 – 2 days only if:

Upon receipt, Sahar Atif shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at or Call us or  WhatsApp us at: +92 302 844999within 15 days of purchase before any claims can be processed. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, Sahar Atif does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

Product is damaged because of use. Product has been tampered. A “refund” may only be issued if:

The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased and the replacement is unavailable. The transaction does not verify the security checks and Sahar Atif is not willing to process such order.

The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer. Sahar Atif has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.


Return and exchange polices are not applicable on sale items.
